The Farm is located on spacious grounds, bordered by the Cassioz stream.
It is accessible via the hamlet of Cassioz as well as a private bridge from Chemin des Ivraz which exclusively serves the Ferme de l'Épi and its outbuilding, the Bergerie, which is rented independently.
In winter, the access points are regularly cleared of snow.
Vehicles must nevertheless have the appropriate equipment for mountain traffic (snow tires or chains).
The Farm is located 5 minutes by car from the Praz sur Arly and Megève ski lifts.
La Ferme de l’Épi also offers an outdoor heated swimming pool and a large adjoining terrace.
