The SYRAH en SUZE vines are planted on a hillside facing east.

The terroir consists of pebbles on the surface with brown clay.

This vineyard includes more than 1.3 hectares of vines in AOP CDR VILLAGES SUZE and 2.5 hectares in CDRHONE.

In SUZE, the vineyard is made up of one third SYRAH and the rest Grenache Noir.

The old GRENACHES are 50 years old! In CDR, the vineyard is made up of two thirds SYRAH and the rest GRENACHE.

There is also the possibility of taking advantage of an opportunity to expand your production, if required, around a magnificent neighbouring estate that I will introduce to you at the same time.
