As regards the vines, 32 ha are PDO and the remainder PGI. Farmed for several years by a farmer, the estate is currently free of any occupiers.

The property comprises several buildings with a total surface area of over 2000 m2, a detached house (villa) of 100 m2, a wine storehouse of 1600 m2 and a reception room of 750 m2 (the latter is currently rented out).

However, the property as a whole (vines and real estate) requires major investment to restart operations and renovate the existing buildings.
